    How Is the Recording Made?

    Each custom recording starts with an included strategy session. This helps me create a personalized hypnosis experience for you.

    Step 1: Organizing the Induction

    The induction is the method I use to guide you into a relaxed, focused state. It includes relaxation techniques, visualizations, and cues tailored to your preferences, which you specify during the strategy consultation.

     

    Step 2: Weaving a Common Theme

    Based on your goals, I develop a consistent theme throughout the induction, preparing you for the hypnotic suggestions that follow.

     

    Step 3: Crafting Your Hypnotic Suggestions

    This step is where the transformation happens. I create powerful suggestions for change based on your unique situation and desired outcomes. These suggestions are customized using the information you provide and my extensive experience working with clients.

     

    Step 4: Customizing the Ending

    You can choose how you’d like your session to end. Whether you prefer to awaken, fall asleep, or simply relax, your ending can be personalized. If you’d like multiple endings, additional recordings can be created for an extra $10.

    If you choose to fall asleep or relax and wish to add binaural beats (meditative music), your recording will include an additional 10-15 minutes of music to facilitate your transition into a sleep state.

     

    Step 5: Delivery

    Once your recording is completed, it will be exported as an MP3 and delivered to you via email for easy download.
