My Mission

I’m Gillis Bradley, and I’ve dedicated my life to understanding how to transform the obstacles holding people back. I believe that you can’t change what you don’t understand. That’s why I specialize in Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy (RTT), a proven method that helps clients get to the root cause of their issue so they can experience profound change in just one session—sometimes 2-3 sessions may be needed.

Why RTT?

I’m a strong believer in RTT because it’s the closest thing to a “silver bullet” for deep transformation. Whether you’re unsure about what’s holding you back or aware of the limiting beliefs keeping you stuck, RTT gets to the root cause quickly, leading to real, lasting change.

My Background

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the corporate world as the President and CEO of an Executive Search Firm, specializing in Financial Services. I also worked as an Executive Recruiter, helping thousands of clients elevate their careers. While these professional accomplishments were fulfilling, I noticed that the same challenges kept resurfacing—clients were still held back by limiting beliefs that prevented them from achieving their fullest potential.

Why I Do This Work

My journey toward personal growth has given me a deep understanding of what motivates people and the barriers that stop them from achieving greatness. For over two decades, I’ve been committed to researching and experiencing tools that help unlock people’s true potential. This journey led me to Marisa Peer, whose RTT method I proudly trained in and was certified under.

I’m now at a place in my life where I’m eager to help others go deeper, eliminate the core beliefs holding them back, and achieve a life they truly love.
