For many of my clients this shows up as feeling overwhelmed, or feeling like they are in survival mode, or constantly in a state of high alert. High levels of stress from family issues, work issues, financial worries can feel like a threat to your nervous system and it gets stuck.
Your subconscious mind will overlay trauma triggers from the past onto the present experience due to being stuck in the chronic flight or flight patterning. You subconsciously analyze the feeling of discomfort as the threat, even when a treat is not currently present.
Signs you are stuck in fight or flight.
- You feel like you can never relax.
- You over react or feel highly irritable.
- You feel exhausted all the time.
- You are noticing gut issues. Chronic constipation, bloating, diarrhea, or stomach pain are all influenced by the health of our nervous system.
- Your hormones are imbalanced. You might be experiencing low sex drive, digestive issues, or weight instability.
How does Gillis Bradley Hypnosis help our clients get out of fight or flight?
We use Vortex Healing & Cell Command Therapy which employs the same process that we use in Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy but we do it on a cellular level. This means using hypnosis to mentally command the body’s cells impacted by illness to heal and restore themselves. By directing with the body’s cells, Cell Command Therapy promotes rapid cell regeneration, which is effective on various physical illnesses and other health conditions.
We specifically help you repair and rejuvenate:
- Your limbic system, which is the center of our emotions, learning and memory.
- Your hypothalamus, and adrenal glands, are the master control of the autonomic system. It plays a role in controlling behaviors such as hunger, thirst, and sleep.
- Your amygdala helps define and regulate emotions, store memories and attach those memories to specific emotions. After we calm down this area you are not so triggered by emotions such as stress, fear, anxiety, aggression or anger.
- Your pineal gland helps regulate the body’s internal clock and circadian rhythms by secreting melatonin.
- Your Nervous System includes 100 billion neurons, neurotransmitters, and your brain cells.
- Your cerebrum and your cerebellum helps you perform higher functions like integrating touch, vision, hearing, as well as speech, reasoning, emotions, learning and fine control of movement. The cerebellum helps coordinate muscle movements, maintain posture, and balance.
- Your brainstem performs many automatic functions such as breathing, heart rate, body temperature, wake and sleep cycles, digestion, sneezing, coughing, and swallowing.
- Your autonomic nervous system is the system that is the primary mechanism in control of fight or flight response.
- Your vagus nerve is the longest and most complex nerve in the body, this nerve is designed to carry millions of important messages from your brain to many of the organs in your body.
- And finally we repair & rejuvenate your enteric nervous system.
This proven process will help you feel calmer than you have felt in a long time. Hypnosis works and it will work for you! Feel free to reach out to learn more.
